Laundry Policy

At Tryon we are committed to taking care of your clothing. But please be aware that certain characteristics of fabrics can result in unpredictability. We are not responsible in the event of the effects of color bleeding or color changes or shrinkage of items that are unable to be cleaned according to standard procedures due to wear and tear or other inherent flaws. We treat each piece with extreme care. The diverse properties of various materials, including leather, can mean that it is not always possible to get the desired outcome. Certain stains or spots that are stubborn may not be completely removed, even using our latest methods. In such cases, Tryon is not liable, and our services remain cost-effective. Additionally, the items appearance and colour might change slightly, and natural elements like marks or scars could become more noticeable. We do not accept any responsibility for these natural characteristics or for damage or stains that are already present that are not able to be eliminated even if they are apparent after cleaning.

All services provided by Tryon are absolutely non-refundable after our highly specialised work is completed, the work is irrevocable. To protect your possessions, Tryon employs a robust security system in the house. But we cannot be responsible for damages or loss caused by incidents like fire, theft or burglary. In the same way, Tryon is not responsible for losses or damages that occur in transport, either via courier or one of our passengers. If a settlement occurs for a lost or damaged item, the amount will not exceed 1-5 times what we cost. The company reserves the right to deny service for items that are deemed to be not suitable for cleaning, like those that are damaged beyond repair or structurally damaged or that pose danger. Please eliminate any important items from your items prior to the submission date, as we cannot be held accountable for their loss.

For efficient service, please collect your orders promptly once notified. Articles should be picked up or delivery arranged within 10 days of readiness. Failure to do so will incur a weekly stocking charge of Rs. 500 per order. Pending orders will be held for a maximum of 45 days, then discarded without notice. For orders over Rs. 20,000, a 50% prepayment is required to initiate service. Its your responsibility to provide accurate information about your articles, including any known defects or special handling needs, Tryon will not be liable for issues from incomplete details. These terms ensure transparency and guide our services. By engaging with Tryon, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
